Job summary

Dubai Corporation For Ambulance Services in Dubai is seeking a Strategic Planning professional to lead development and coordination of the organization’s long-term plan. You will work with leadership to implement changes and align units with strategic goals.

The role requires advanced degree in business-related fields and extensive strategic planning experience. A full-time, on-site position with a focus on organizational development and performance measurement is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic planning (for Master’s degree).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning (for Bachelor’s degree).

Responsibilities

• Review the organization’s vision and mission with the leadership team, and coordinate the implementation of the resulting changes in accordance with the direct supervisor’s instructions.
• Develop the organization’s strategic planning policies, methodologies, and work procedures.
• Prepare and evaluate the organization’s strategic plan and the implementation programs arising from it.
• Develop the key performance indicators related to the strategic plan and periodically measure their results.
• Develop mechanisms to link the organization’s strategic plan with the implementation plans of its organizational units.
• Cascade the objectives across the organization’s organizational units and levels to ensure achievement of the strategic plan.
• Prepare studies on organizational structure development in coordination with the Human Resources Department, and review and develop the guide outlining the duties and responsibilities of organizational units.
• Provide technical support and advice in the field of strategic planning within the organization.
