Job summary

Ajman University seeks a Senior Strategy and Data Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reviews for all units. You will analyze institutional data, summarize evidence-based results, and propose actions for continuous improvement, with reporting to the Executive Director of OIPE.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, expertise in Power BI and Tableau, and the ability to produce clear, actionable reports and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IT/Business or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• At least five years' experience in strategy, data analysis, dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports for institutional planning.
• Administer performance management cycles, KPIs, baselines, and targets.
• Prepare reports and conduct evidence-based analyses to support decisions.
• Coordinate with OIPE and Institutional Research for SDGs and rankings.
• Ensure data validity and generate insights for continuous improvement.
