Teneo in Dubai is expanding its Management Consulting team and seeks experienced professionals to lead strategic workstreams for senior clients across sectors. You will develop recommendations from initial hypotheses, manage teams, and present insights to clients with impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Strategy, Management Consulting or related advisory environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership and professional ambition.
• Ability to manage workstreams independently and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and challenge thinking when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead discrete workstreams or manage smaller engagements with support from leadership.
• Develop recommendations from initial hypothesis through refinement and validation.
• Manage case/workstream teams including workload planning and coaching.
• Work independently with minimal support.
• Build relationships with junior and mid-level client stakeholders and manage communications.
• Lead presentations and communicate recommendations to clients.
• Support business development activities including research and proposals.
• Foster development of junior team members and client relationships.
