Job summary

Signature Marketing Concepts in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced Program Manager / Projects Manager with a strong PMC consultancy background in large-scale stormwater infrastructure. You will oversee project execution, manage contractor performance, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery in line with specifications, quality, safety, and authority regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of infrastructure / wet utilities project experience.
• Strong PMC / consultancy background on large-scale stormwater projects.
• MEP experience related to stormwater pumping stations or networks.
• Proven ability to lead supervision teams and coordinate with authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMC supervision activities for stormwater infrastructure projects.
• Ensure construction works follow drawings, specifications, schedules, and contracts.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality, and HSE compliance.
• Review and approve submissions including method statements and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, and stakeholders for timely execution.
• Lead site inspections, testing, commissioning, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to supervision teams.
