Job summary

Signature Network in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Program Manager / Projects Manager with a strong PMC consultancy background to lead large-scale stormwater infrastructure projects. You will oversee project execution, manage contractor performance, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery to specifications, quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 15+ years of infrastructure experience, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure/wet utilities projects with stormwater expertise.
• PMC/consultancy background on large-scale projects.
• MEP experience related to stormwater pumping stations or networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMC supervision activities for stormwater infrastructure projects.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, schedules and contracts.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality and HSE compliance.
• Review contractor submissions (method statements, shop drawings, submittals).
• Coordinate with clients, authorities and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Lead inspections, testing, commissioning, and progress reporting.
• Provide technical leadership to supervision teams and site staff.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Projects Manager with a strong PMC consultancy background in large-scale stormwater infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will oversee project execution activities, manage contractor performance, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery in line with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee PMC supervision activities related to stormwater infrastructure projects
• Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and contractual requirements
• Monitor contractor performance, construction progress, quality standards, and HSE compliance Review and approve contractor submissions including method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, work programs, and technical proposals
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of technical issues
• Lead site inspections, testing & commissioning activities, and ensure compliance with project and authority requirements Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Ensure effective project coordination, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of project milestonesProvide technical guidance and leadership to supervision teams and site staff
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure / wet utilities projects with strong expertise in stormwater systems
• Proven PMC / consultancy experience on large-scale stormwater or infrastructure projects Strong background in contractor supervision, project coordination, and stakeholder management
• Mandatory MEP experience related to stormwater pumping stations, networks, or associated infrastructure
• Strong understanding of design review, authority approvals, construction management, and project compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
