Job summary

ArchirodonGroup in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced bus driver to transport staff safely along assigned routes. You will perform daily vehicle checks, ensure timely passenger pickups and drops, and maintain the bus in good condition while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

The role requires a UAE heavy bus driving license with 5+ years of experience, knowledge of UAE roads, and strong English communication. Arabic is a plus, and a clean driving record is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE heavy bus driving license (minimum 5 years validity).
• 5–8 years of experience driving large buses (50–60 seater preferred).
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes and traffic regulations.
• Willingness to work long hours and rotating shifts.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 60-seat bus for staff transportation according to routes and schedules.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the bus at all times.
• Report any mechanical issues or delays to the supervisor.
• Keep accurate trip, mileage and fuel records.
• Ensure passenger safety and assist boarding/alighting when required.
