Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking an experienced driver for staff transportation. You will be responsible for picking up and dropping off employees on scheduled routes, ensuring safe and comfortable transport, and maintaining the vehicle in good condition.

The role requires a valid UAE Heavy Bus RTA Licence (minimum 6 months old), presence in the UAE, and flexibility to work long or split shifts. Prior staff transport experience and knowledge of UAE locations are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus RTA Driving Licence – Mandatory.
• Licence must be at least 6 months old.
• Candidates must currently be available in the UAE.
• Visit Visa / Cancelled Visa / Own Visa candidates only.
• Candidates with overstay will not be considered.
• Previous experience in staff transportation is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
• Must be punctual, responsible and safety-conscious.
• Flexible to work according to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off staff as per the assigned schedule and routes.
• Ensure safe and comfortable transportation of employees.
• Follow UAE traffic laws and RTA regulations at all times.
• Maintain punctuality for staff pickup and drop-off timings.
• Conduct basic daily checks of the assigned bus before starting duty.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, delays, or route concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding staff transportation schedules.
• Be flexible to work long hours, split shifts, early mornings, or late-night schedules when required.
