Job Description
Partnership Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Rider Community’s
  • goals and enhances brand value proposition
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities across various industries, including F&B,
  • technology, entertainment, and more.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including
  • businesses, brands, influencers, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and implement joint marketing initiatives that
  • deliver mutual value.
Collaboration and Negotiation:
  • Build regional rider partnerships team to ensure successful roll-out of
  • regionally-led initiatives.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome
  • for both Talabat and partners.
Campaign Execution:
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and optimization of co-branded marketing
  • campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Ensure timely and effective implementation of partnership campaigns, including tracking performance metrics.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze partnership performance metrics to assess the impact of campaigns and
  • Initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for
  • Improvement.

  • Contribute to building a strong rider community through innovative initiatives that promote loyalty, retention, and community service involvement. Promote a culture of care and empathy, reflecting the organization’s commitment to rider well-being and satisfaction.
  • Develop Reward and Benefits Program (points calculation and partner redemption).
  • Continuously obtain and systematically organize rider feedback through surveys, focus groups, and competitive analysis. Ensure local teams are equipped to conduct effective focus groups and capture valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze rider experience metrics and feedback. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards and ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Present high-level insights and actionable recommendations to executive leadership regularly.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, logistics, product, engineering, regional and local operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company objectives. Serve as the key liaison among Delivery Hero, country logistics, and regional teams, managing both internal and external relations, including cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Technical Skills
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience, Partnership Ninja, Knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry, particularly within the MENA region, is advantageous.
  • Strong strategic and analytical approach to partnership and relationship-building, with the ability to communicate product value effectively to partners.
  • Best practices knowledge in project management and partnership development
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • English + Arabic (Preferred) Speaking
  • Must be on own visa / spouse / father sponsorship
  • Must be immediately available to start
