Job summary

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Reporting and Performance Analyst in the UAE to drive data-driven decisions across markets. You will analyze performance metrics, prepare management reports, and present actionable recommendations.

You will lead country-specific analyses, collaborate with multiple departments, support budgeting and PnL management, and spearhead AI initiatives to boost productivity across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of working experience.

• Experience with financial modelling and PnL analysis preferred.

• Prepare Reports: Create comprehensive and insightful reports for senior management, highlighting key drivers of change and actionable insights.
• Communicate Findings: Present findings in a clear and concise manner, translating complex data into understandable recommendations for decision-makers.
• Country-Specific Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of talabat markets, focusing on turnaround opportunities, growth and profitability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to address cross-functional issues impacting performance.
• Strategy Development: Develop and recommend strategies based on analysis to improve performance and achieve objectives.
• Lead AI efforts across performance teams to identify new use cases to enhance productivity.
• Budgeting: Collaborate with local teams to develop talabat's yearly budget, setting growth and profitability goals.
• PnL management: Ensure budgets are adhered to and pursue opportunities to exceed targets.
