Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing end-to-end patterns and architectures for Core Banking and microservices.
• Hands-on with core banking systems (e.g. Finacle) and API-based ecosystems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity controls, data classification, PCI-DSS and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Experience with agile methodologies and scalable agile ceremonies.
• Familiarity with AI concepts including ML, LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for core banking applications and integrations.
• Lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams across domains.
• Develop architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Ensure security, governance, and regulatory compliance across architectures.
• Work in cloud-native and container-based environments with modern tech stacks.
