Job summary

tech carrot, a Dubai-based IT services leader, seeks a Senior Solution Architect to design end-to-end data platforms and digital engineering initiatives. You will translate business needs into scalable architecture, guiding cross-functional teams and driving governance-compliant designs across enterprise frameworks.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in IT with 5+ in architecture, strong Azure/AI exposure, and TOGAF/CBA certifications, plus excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT with at least 5 years in a solution-architecture role.
• Experience in Business Architecture including capability modeling and roadmaps.
• Automotive dealership & distribution domain experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AI and Gen AI technologies; Azure cloud platform exposure.
• TOGAF and CBA certifications
• Strong presentation and communication skills required.
• Experience with microservices, APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience in architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end data platforms and digital engineering initiatives.
• Translate business needs into technical architecture and design specs.
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices (e.g., TOGAF).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Evaluate technologies and platforms to meet project needs.
• Develop architectural artifacts and data flow diagrams.
• Drive approval of high-level designs through governance.
• Advise on roadmaps, gaps, and prioritization.
