Job summary

Magna Legal Services in Dubai seeks a skilled software engineer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications and services. You will partner with stakeholders and product managers to translate needs into robust technical solutions.

You will design, build, and enhance APIs using C#/.NET on Microsoft Azure, create responsive UIs with React, and contribute to AI-assisted development, CI/CD, and DevOps practices in a dynamic legal tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET.
Experience designing and supporting cloud-native applications in Microsoft Azure.
Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed applications.
Experience with relational databases like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications and services
Partner with business stakeholders and product managers to translate needs into technical solutions
Design, build, and enhance APIs and backend services using C#/.NET and Microsoft Azure
Develop responsive user experiences using React and modern UI frameworks
Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production applications
