Job summary

Synthires in Dubai seeks Senior Software Engineers to support a project evaluating and improving next-generation AI systems. You’ll apply your software engineering expertise to assess AI-generated code and solve challenging real-world engineering problems.

You will evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and design, create coding problems with reference solutions and test cases, and provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of software engineering experience at a top technology company (within the past 7 years).
• Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong code review and debugging skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical decisions in writing.
• Based in an English-speaking country.
