Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Data Scientists and Quantitative Professionals to support an AI project focused on improving how models handle statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and quantitative reasoning. You’ll evaluate AI-generated outputs, create expert-level data science tasks, prompts, datasets, and reference solutions, and provide rigorous feedback to strengthen model performance.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong Python and ML skills, and

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience at a top company in technology, finance, research, or related field.
• Experience within past 7 years.
• Strong knowledge of Python, machine learning, statistics, data analysis, experimentation, pandas, and data modeling.
• Strong ability to evaluate quantitative reasoning and statistical methodology.
• Excellent written communication of technical concepts.
• Based in an English-speaking country.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs across data science, statistics, machine learning, and quantitative problems.
• Create expert prompts, datasets, and reference solutions.
• Identify flawed methodologies, statistical errors, and weaknesses in quantitative reasoning.
• Provide structured, high-quality feedback to improve AI model capabilities.
