The Senior Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing advanced social media strategies across traditional and Web3 platforms while overseeing AI-powered community management systems. This role focuses on building crypto/fintech communities, creating viral content, managing crisis communications, and coordinating human expertise with AI automation to achieve 24/7 global community engagement.

Responsibilities

• AI agent oversight and coordination: manage and optimize AI social media agent performance across all platforms; train and refine AI agent responses, brand voice, and content creation capabilities; monitor outputs for quality, compliance, and brand alignment; handle escalations; coordinate approval workflows; analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Web3 & crypto community management: build and engage communities on Discord, X (Twitter), Warpcast, Telegram, and emerging Web3 platforms; create viral crypto content and hype campaigns for product launches; monitor crypto news and trends; manage NFT drops, token launches, and blockchain announcements; coordinate with Web3 influencers; handle DeFi, gaming, and affiliate discussions.
• Advanced crisis management: lead crisis response coordination between AI alerts and human intervention; monitor reputation; develop rapid response strategies; coordinate with legal/compliance; manage media inquiries during crises.
