Job summary

Noventiq Seven Seas Technology is seeking a seasoned SOC leader to manage 24x7 monitoring, incident response, and escalation across shifts in Dubai. The role requires defining runbooks, SLAs, and leading post-incident reviews with IT, legal, and executive stakeholders.

You will recruit, onboard, and mentor L1–L3 analysts, drive detection maturity, and integrate threat intel and SOAR automation to reduce manual triage efforts. Collaboration with clients and regional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years leading a SOC or IR team in a 24x7 environment.
• Proven experience running a SOC within MSSP or large enterprise clients.
• Hands-on SIEM/EDR/XDR and SOAR tool expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 monitoring, triage, investigation, and incident response across all shifts.
• Define and audit SOC runbooks, playbooks, and SLAs; ensure quality and consistency.
