Job summary

Khatib & Alami in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Site Project Manager for Abu Dhabi projects. The role leads supervision teams on high‑complexity projects, ensuring on-site safety, schedule and cost control, and adherence to client requirements.

You will coordinate with clients, authorities, and contractors, review submittals, and guide QA/QC and HSSE plans. A Bachelor’s in Engineering is required; 15+ years in architecture/engineering supervision in the region are expected; PMP or PE credentials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and planning, with construction supervision.
• PMP or Chartered Engineering certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision projects of high complexity on Abu Dhabi sites.
• Manage client relations, risk, schedule, cost and HSSE on projects.
• Review contractor submittals and manage QA/QC and safety programs.
• Coordinate with authorities for approvals and permits.
• Ensure project teams deliver on time, in budget, with quality.
