Job summary

Mediclinic Middle East seeks a Senior Security Analyst to strengthen security operations, incident management and compliance. You will lead incident response across SOC partners and internal IT teams, develop playbooks, escalation paths and reporting procedures.

You will implement and optimise security controls across cloud, network and endpoints, support risk assessments and audits, and define KPIs/SLAs for MSPs. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations.
• Experience with Defender suite is an advantage.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Healthcare/regulated environments or multi-national environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response across SOC partners and internal IT teams.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks, escalation paths and reporting procedures.
• Define KPIs and SLAs for managed security service providers.
• Implement, monitor and optimise security controls across cloud, network and endpoint environments.
• Support risk assessments, vulnerability management and audit remediation.
• Provide hands‑on guidance to IT teams to align with security frameworks.
