Job summary

iConnect IT Business Solutions DMCC is seeking an experienced Security Architect to define, govern, and optimize enterprise security architecture across applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and technology initiatives.

The role emphasizes security-by-design, threat modelling, risk assessments, and architecture governance using TOGAF/SABSA, collaborating with technology teams and leadership to implement Zero Trust and multi‑cloud security.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture or security consulting.
• TOGAF and/or SABSA certification.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture principles, Zero Trust, and security-by-design.
• Experience designing/reviewing security solutions across IAM, network, cloud, endpoint, and email security.
• Experience with threat modelling, risk assessments, and architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise security architecture frameworks and standards.
• Review security designs, high/low level diagrams, and architecture documentation.
• Apply security-by-design principles across new technology initiatives.
• Conduct security architecture reviews, threat modelling, and risk assessments.
• Assess and improve platforms, applications, and security controls.
• Design/review security across IAM, network, cloud, endpoint, email, and SIEM/SOAR.
• Evaluate Azure, hybrid/multi-cloud, and VMware environments.
• Identify gaps and provide remediation recommendations.
• Support audits with documentation, controls, and evidence.
• Provide guidance to architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
