Job summary

WSP Middle East is seeking a Senior Engineer - SCADA & Technology to lead design and delivery of SCADA, OT, and smart infrastructure solutions in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate interdisciplinary interfaces and produce architecture diagrams, network designs, and control-centre layouts across water, utilities, and smart city projects.

The role requires extensive experience in SCADA systems, cybersecurity, and industry standards, along with mentoring junior engineers and supporting authority

Qualifications

8–12 years post-graduate experience in SCADA/OT and smart infrastructure.
Working towards or holding membership with a relevant professional institution.
Experience delivering technology and SCADA systems for major projects in infrastructure.
Experience preparing authority approval documentation per UAE rules.

Responsibilities

Deliver SCADA, OT, telecoms, and smart infrastructure solutions for major projects.
Coordinate interfaces, prepare design packages and architecture diagrams.
Support project delivery and technical submissions.
Guide graduate and junior engineers and ensure QA/QC compliance.
Review designs for UAE regulatory standards and authorities.
