Job summary

Givaudan in Dubai seeks a Savoury Flavourist for SAMEA to lead savoury flavour creation and collaborate with S&T, marketing and commercial teams. You will manage briefs, develop flavours, and support regional innovation agendas within South Asia, Middle East & Africa.

The role requires 7–10 years’ flavourist experience, strong English proficiency, and a passion for delivering market-leading savoury flavours for the regional market. Onsite in Dubai with excellent learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 7–10 years flavourist experience with trainee programme completion.
• English language proficiency; Arabic is a plus but not essential.
• Strong flavour creation and presentation skills.
• Solid knowledge of raw materials, flavour ingredients, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Release creativity to craft Savoury flavours of the future.
• Collaborate with S&T, Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Lead projects from briefs through scale-up and production.
• Lead customer visits and present flavour concepts.
• Coach and mentor flavour assistants and junior staff.
