Job summary

Salt in Dubai seeks an experienced SAP Group Reporting Techno-Functional Lead with deep SAP BPC and SAP Group Reporting expertise to architect and deliver IFRS-compliant consolidation and reporting within S/4HANA Finance data models.

You will lead workshops with IT and finance, develop functional designs and integration specs, define master data hierarchies, ensure IFRS controls, contribute to go-to-market plans, and drive scalable, enterprise-grade transformations with global teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics with a focus on Finance and Consolidation.
• Deep expertise in SAP BPC and SAP Group Reporting for group financial consolidation.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance data models and master data structures.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-scale SAP finance transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and their application in SAP consolidation design.
• Experience leading business workshops and applying design thinking methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior IT and finance leaders.
• Prior experience with global system integrators or Big 4 consultancies is essential.
• Industry experience in retail or automotive sectors is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate workshops with IT and finance teams to gather requirements.
• Develop and maintain functional design documents, blueprints, and integration specifications.
• Ensure IFRS compliance in solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate with finance and data teams to define master data models, hierarchies, and consolidation logic.
• Contribute to go-to-market activities, proposals, and transformation roadmaps.
• Work with global, cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
