Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Payroll and Positive Time Management in complex environments.
• SAP Certification in SAP HCM, SF ECP, or related payroll modules is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing multi-country payroll and statutory requirements.

• Own and manage the end-to-end SAP Payroll solution across multiple countries.
• Ensure statutory, legal, and regulatory payroll compliance across all assigned geographies.
• Drive HR digital transformation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities.
