Job summary

Inflexion seeks a highly skilled Chief Accountant to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance in the UAE. You will manage month-end close, ensure IFRS compliance, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has extensive IFRS knowledge, ERP experience (preferably SAP), and a track record in VAT and corporate tax compliance. Lead a finance team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical and financial planning skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience with VAT and corporate tax compliance in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, reconciliations).
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements and dashboards.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities during audits.
