Job Description

Novotel and ibis World Trade Centre and ibis One Central Dubai is looking for Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving performance and revenue growth across the Corporate and Airline segments for the shared services. This includes developing new business, strengthening existing partnerships, and ensuring our hotels remain the preferred choice for business travelers and airline crew alike. You will lead the segment’s commercial strategy, manage key global and local accounts.

  • Develop and implement a structured business plan for the Corporate and Airline segments in line with the cluster’s annual budget and commercial objectives.
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key corporate clients, travel management companies (TMCs), and airline partners.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through consistent sales calls, site inspections, networking events, and trade missions.
  • Manage all RFI’S/RFPs, tenders, and contracting processes, ensuring timely submissions and strong conversion results.
  • Lead negotiations with airlines, crew handlers, and procurement teams to secure long‑term, high‑yield partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement in strategy and execution.
  • Maintain accurate and updated account data, production reports, and activities within ANAIS and CRM systems.
  • Represent the cluster at trade fairs, roadshows, and industry networking events to strengthen brand visibility and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Global Sales Offices, Accor regional teams, and cluster colleagues to maximize account penetration.
  • Work closely with the Revenue, Distribution, and Operations teams to ensure alignment in pricing, room allocation, and service delivery.
  • Prepare monthly performance reviews and business action plans for assigned accounts.
  • Uphold the brand’s service philosophy, ensuring all client interactions reflect professionalism, efficiency, and empathy.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in hotel sales, with a strong background in Corporate and/or Airline segments.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic selling and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with multicultural awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (ANAIS/Salesforce), and solid analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Prior experience within Accor or other international hotel brands in the UAE or GCC is a plus
