THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven senior sales executive to drive new business and manage key client relationships within the B2B corporate gifting sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industry and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients across various corporate sectors in Dubai.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct effective sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 5+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrable results, specifically within the corporate gifting, branded merchandise, or promotional products industry in Dubai/UAE.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage the sales pipeline and track performance.
  • A valid UAE driving license is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
