Job summary

A digital printing solutions company located in Sharjah is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the UAE market. Responsibilities include managing client relationships and meeting sales targets. A valid UAE driver’s license and vehicle are required, along with fluency in English and Hindi.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with a passion for digital printing materials and solutions. The ideal candidate will proactively develop new business opportunities, maintain long-term client relationships, and help position Al Rabeta as the trusted partner for advertising agencies, print houses, signage companies, and large-format production businesses across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities within the digital printing and signage sectors across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through networking, exhibitions, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key clients, including advertising agencies, print production houses, real estate developers, and mall management firms.
  • Provide post-sale support, follow up on orders, and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery and service.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and Al Rabeta’s internal teams.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and profit goals.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback.
  • Product & Technical Expertise
  • Advise clients on the best materials for specific applications (indoor/outdoor, UV/Eco-solvent, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital printing materials, signage, or large-format printing equipment.
  • Strong network and understanding of the UAE market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to develop business from scratch and manage key accounts effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical understanding of printing media compatibility (UV, eco-solvent, solvent).
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi is required; Urdu and/or Arabic is a strong advantage
