Job summary

You will supervise junior sailors, maintain logs, monitor weather, and oversee cargo handling. A STCW certification and at least five years of sea service are mandatory; visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a 1st class sailor.
• STCW certified for international sea travel.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in navigation techniques and maritime regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Physically fit for long hours at sea.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee ship operations, including navigation, safety, and maintenance.
