Job summary

Fugro is seeking an experienced ROV Supervisor to oversee Remotely Operated Vehicles operations from planning through execution. You will lead safety-compliant subsea activities, mentor ROV technicians, and ensure reliable performance through technical guidance and proactive maintenance.

The role requires deep knowledge of ROV systems, instrumentation, and offshore procedures, with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, robotics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of systems engineering experience focused on ROVs/USVs/marine robotics.
• Proven leadership and multidisciplinary project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise ROV operations to meet project goals and safety protocols.
• Lead and mentor a skilled ROV team to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across operations.
• Provide technical guidance on ROV technologies and troubleshooting.
