Job summary

Fugro is seeking a capable leader to manage a team of engineers and technicians responsible for ROV support. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain ROV systems, while developing procedures to ensure safety and performance across projects.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or Marine Technology, proven ROV operations experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing ROV operations or technical support roles.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of effective team management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians responsible for ROV support, including troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance.
• Develop and implement technical procedures and standards to ensure optimal performance and safety of ROV operations.
• Coordinate with project managers and field operators to address technical issues and provide on-site support when required.
• Oversee the preparation and review of technical documentation, including manuals, maintenance logs, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to ROV operations.
