Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking an experienced engineer for hands-on maintenance of rotating equipment across ADNOC Offshore facilities in the UAE. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure safe, reliable operation of pumps, turbines, and motors while supporting commissioning and handover activities.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 6+ years’ experience in oil & gas rotating equipment, with strong vibration analysis, lubrication, and P&ID

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 6+ years in mechanical maintenance of rotating equipment in oil & gas.
• Experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, motors and utility rotating systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on rotating equipment and verify repairs.
• Support commissioning, startup, documentation reviews and handover of rotating machinery.
• Perform predictive maintenance using vibration checks, oil analysis, thermography and monitoring.
• Provide reliability feedback, assist RCA investigations, and mentor junior staff.
• Identify spare parts and ensure proper handling of bearings, seals, couplings, and precision components.
• Record work in CMMS and maintain maintenance histories and logs.
