Job summary

ADNOC Abu Dhabi UAE is seeking a Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer - Reliability in Abu Dhabi. The role involves technical authority for rotating machinery, lifecycle planning, and performance optimization across compressors, turbines and pumps.

You will work with project teams, operations, and OEMs to resolve complex issues and improve asset availability. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in engineering and 8+ years in oil and gas, with hands-on experience in FEED, EPC, commissioning,

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of relevant project engineering experience in oil and gas.
Strong technical background in major rotating machinery including compressors, turbines, pumps, drivers, and auxiliary equipment.
Experience across FEED, EPC, construction, commissioning, start-up and operations.
Familiarity with maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, overhaul and refurbishment.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist engineering support during concept development, FEED, detailed engineering, EPC, testing, installation and start-up.
Review equipment selection, design requirements and vendor documentation.
Lead troubleshooting of vibration, performance deterioration and reliability issues.
Support five-year overhaul planning and spare strategy development.
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, procurement and project teams to resolve technical matters.
