Job summary

True Zero Technologies in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Senior ISSO to serve as the primary cybersecurity advisor for assigned information systems across the system lifecycle.

You will lead RMF activities, coordinate with officials and stakeholders, and develop SSPs and authorization artifacts, while mentoring junior staff and supporting audits. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years as an ISSO or supporting RMF/A&A programs.
• Demonstrated experience with all phases of the NIST RMF.
• Experience preparing SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, and contingency planning docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary cybersecurity advisor for assigned information systems across the lifecycle.
• Lead RMF activities for initial and ongoing authorization, annual assessments, and continuous monitoring.
• Coordinate with System Owners, Authorizing Officials, stakeholders, engineers, and government personnel.
• Develop, maintain, and update SSPs and authorization artifacts.
• Track vulnerabilities, POA&Ms, risk decisions, and remediation actions.
• Support annual security assessments, SCAs, and audits (internal/external).
• Mentor junior ISSOs and promote RMF process consistency.
