A luxury hotel group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Revenue Management professional to join their Global Revenue Strategy team. The role includes safeguarding standards impacting revenue, assisting in brand guidelines, and providing monthly reporting to executives. Candidates should have 2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites. This position allows for independent work, often remotely.
The Global Revenue Strategy team is responsible for providing guidelines, standards, structure, tools and support for Regions and hotels in the field of Revenue Management and commercial distribution. This includes supporting the Revenue Management talent recruitment process, creating and expanding dashboards, reports and tools in our Business Intelligence platform, contracting and managing relationships with external vendors, distribution partners, suppliers and more. Additionally, the team is in charge of rolling out Global promotions and campaigns as well as consolidating and sharing results, looking for best practices and revenue opportunities on a larger scale.
2 years experience in Hotel Revenue Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong keyboarding skills is essential. RMS knowledge, preferably with Duetto or EZRMS. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, fluently, and persuasively. Ability to analyse complex data and draw conclusions from the results. Perform duties in a detail‑oriented manner. Ability to come up with own ideas, to formulate these and show a certain level of initiative. Team oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrate self‑confidence, energy and enthusiasm. Ability to work under short deadlines in a dynamic international environment. Ability to work independently, often remotely from direct supervisor.
