Job summary

SearchPlus HR, on behalf of a leading private hospital in the UAE, seeks an experienced Consultant Restorative Dentist to provide comprehensive restorative and rehabilitative care, manage complex cases, and develop individualized treatment plans with multidisciplinary teams.

The candidate should hold a BDS/DDS/DMD with a Western postgraduate qualification in Restorative Dentistry and have consultant-level experience in complex restorations, crowns, veneers, and full-mouth rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• BDS/DDS/DMD with a Western postgraduate qualification in Restorative Dentistry.
• Consultant-level experience in restorative dentistry and complex rehabilitations.
• Experience in a leading private or tertiary hospital environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for restorative cases.
• Manage complex restorative and rehabilitative conditions.
• Perform direct and indirect restorative procedures, including complex composite and aesthetic restorations.
• Provide crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, and other restorations as appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary dental teams ( Prosthodontists, Periodontists, Endodontists, Orthodontists, Oral Surgeons).
• Use diagnostic imaging and clinical assessment to develop evidence-based plans.
• Maintain high standards of infection control, patient safety, and documentation.
• Communicate treatment options, risks, outcomes, and maintenance clearly to patients.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, teaching, and CPD.
