• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai; travel as required.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer - Site to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Minimum 10years of experience as a Resident Engineer for high rise towersprojectswith 15+ total years of experience in the construction industry
• UAE experience required, with a strong familiarity of local construction standards and regulations in Dubai.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and industry best practices
• Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and site safety protocols
• Excellent project management skills, including resource allocation, scheduling, and contract management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
