Job summary

Sundus is seeking an Officer, Research Projects And Administration in Abu Dhabi to oversee the portfolio of client research projects from proposal through to closure. The role involves managing budgets, compliance reporting, and coordination with partner universities and institutions.

Responsibilities include supporting researchers with funding proposals, contract management, and staff onboarding, as well as maintaining research ERP and dashboards for effective oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in research administration or related field.
• Experience coordinating research projects and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer research projects across their lifecycle from proposal to closure.
• Support researchers with budgets, documentation, and funder submissions.
• Coordinate research agreements, contracts, amendments, and collaborations with Legal, Finance, and partners.
• Manage post-doctoral and research staff processes including recruitment, visas, and onboarding.
