Job summary

ELECTRA is seeking a Rental Asset Operations Manager to lead the planning, control, movement, utilization, and optimization of rental assets across multiple categories in Dubai. You will oversee inbound/outbound flows, asset readiness, and site operations for Furniture projects, ensuring accuracy in systems and compliance with standards.

Required: 5+ years in rental or warehouse operations, strong leadership, data‑driven mindset, and proficiency with ERP/RFID/asset-tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in rental or warehouse operations or asset management.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, logistics, or complex operations preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language capability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rental asset planning and utilization across categories.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound operations, dispatch, returns, and inspections.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure SLA targets, and drive continuous improvement.
