Qualifications

• Proven experience in dispatch operations and fleet coordination.
• Strong understanding of transportation planning, routing, and scheduling.
• Experience coordinating multiple drivers, vehicles, and routes.
• Familiarity with dispatch-management systems, GPS/telematics and TMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispatch operations and coordinate drivers, vehicles, routes and deliveries.
• Develop and optimize daily dispatch plans based on requirements and constraints.
• Monitor GPS/telematics and ensure accurate dispatch documentation.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouses, customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate incidents and reallocate resources to maintain service levels.
