Job summary

RINA is seeking a UAE Senior Reliability Engineer for its Abu Dhabi office, within Operations and Maintenance Engineering. You will lead RAM studies, develop RAM programs, and manage technical documentation while mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvements.

Required are a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 8+ years in asset reliability, with RAM and PFD/P&ID literacy. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in asset reliability engineering, preferably in energy.
• Strong knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles.
• RAM studies experience (MAROS, RAMP).
• Ability to read PFDs, P&IDs, drawings and engineering docs.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
