A leading banking institution in the UAE is seeking a Senior Relationship Officer to develop relationships with clients and source various banking products. Ideal candidates will have experience in multi-products sales and retail banking, with a strong emphasis on achieving targets and maintaining client relationships. This role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires excellent communication and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-products sales and retail banking service standards.
• Good knowledge of competitors in local/regional market is a plus.
• Driving License required.

Responsibilities

• Source payroll accounts and achieve assigned monthly targets.
• Cross-sell Covered Cards and Personal Finance products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers in targeted segments.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to market ADIB products.
• Ensure accuracy of submitted applications and documents.
• Maintain good rapport within the organization for seamless processes.
