Job summary

Transguard Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst Regulatory Reporting in Dubai to support the Head of Finance in establishing and maintaining regulatory reporting for the bank, ensuring compliance with CBUAE and IFRS standards.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement regulatory updates, prepare Basel III calculations, and deliver accurate submissions across cycles. Strong analytical skills and banking experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Prepare and review regulatory returns for CBUAE across cycles.
• Ensure submissions are complete, accurate and timely with no material errors.
• Coordinate regulatory updates and automation per CBUAE circulars/guidelines.
• Prepare Basel III capital adequacy calculations with Finance and Risk units.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate responses to CBUAE enquiries and internal audits.
• Submit statistical returns to Emirates and ministries accurately and on time.
• Support design and maintenance of Finance policies and controls.
• Monitor reporting cycle delivery and escalate material concerns.
• Participate in job rotation to broaden knowledge.
