Job summary

Leino in Dubai seeks a Senior Business Analyst for the Regulatory Reporting Value Stream within Group Finance. You will analyze regulatory requirements, drive process optimization, and implement automation of file-based reporting in a banking environment, supporting ECB remediation activities.

You’ll translate complex data into clear business and data needs and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in banking regulatory reporting or equivalent domain.
• Strong, practical, hands-on knowledge of banking products, systems, processes, and financial data.
• Senior track record demonstrated in CV with extensive business analysis, requirements engineering, and process modelling.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business and IT to ensure compliant regulatory reporting solutions.
• Analyze and implement new regulatory requirements and automate manual file-based processes.
• Lead ECB remediation initiatives and contribute to data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Translate complex datasets and statistical concepts into clear business insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
