Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced nursing leader to head the nursing team, delivering patient-centric, evidence-based care and ensuring operational efficiency for a positive patient experience.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Nursing, at least 5 years in nursing with 2+ years in a senior role, knowledge of JCIA standards, regulatory governance, and strong English communication; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognised or accredited Nursing Institute.
• At least 5 years' nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital or clinic.
• At least 2 years' senior nursing experience is desired.
• Demonstrate the ability to implement all five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process.
• Relevant JCIA and other governance and regulatory standards.
• Application of the nursing scope of practices as per the regulatory framework.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Financial management principles.
• Risk management principles, systems and best practice.
• Stock control principles and management.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
