Job summary

CCR Commercial Refrigeration is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Technician to lead and execute complex maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on commercial refrigeration systems in Dubai. You will guide technicians, ensure safety and quality, and support customers with timely solutions on parallel rack systems, remote displays, and walk-in units.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in commercial refrigeration.
• At least 3 years in a senior or lead technician role.
• Strong knowledge of supermarket refrigeration systems and components.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to on-call respond.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults in central and display refrigeration units.
• Oversee compressor overhauls and refrigerant charging with approved procedures.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to technicians and junior staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Prepare service reports and root-cause analyses for improvements.
