Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Red Team Consultant to lead high-impact penetration testing engagements and emulate threat actors across the kill chain. You’ll coordinate with senior leadership, plan assessments, and mentor junior members to strengthen customer defenses.

The role requires deep expertise in security tooling, ATT&CK frameworks, and delivering actionable executive reports. Occasional travel is expected, with remote collaboration supported where needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Red Team/Penetration Testing activities.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with security tooling and attacker emulation.
• Travel <25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Red Team activities and lead penetration testing engagements.
• Develop reports with mitigations for management and technical audiences.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and incident response teams.
• Organize resources to assess OS, applications, databases, and networks.
• Guide security program improvements and crisis response readiness.
• Provide coaching to less experienced red team members.
