You will produce forward-looking market views, develop forecasts and write executive-ready narratives for leadership decisions. The role requires deep experience in real estate market intelligence, strong data interpretation skills, and fluency in English (Arabic preferred).

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in real estate market intelligence or related fields.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear insights for senior decision-makers.
• Fluency in English; Arabic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse supply, demand, prices, rents and transactions by area and asset class.
• Produce periodic market reports and executive intelligence products.
• Own market indices methodology and interpretation.
• Develop forecasts, scenarios and planning assumptions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
