Job summary

KBR is seeking a Specialist Engineer, Reliability Expert to lead RAM analysis across ADNOC assets, interpret performance data, and present findings to stakeholders. You will develop and optimize maintenance strategies using RCM, FMEA, RCAs, and asset criticality, reviewing PM histories to ensure alignment with ADNOC Offshore policies and safety requirements.

This role requires extensive experience (12+ years) in RAM and reliability analytics, offshore exposure is a plus, and familiarity with SAP

Qualifications

• 12+ years RAM analysis and RCAs in process/industrial settings
• Experience with PM optimization and asset criticality
• Offshore experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead RAM analysis across ADNOC assets and interpret performance data for stakeholders
• Facilitate RCAs and provide structured recommendations to prevent recurrence of failures
• Develop, validate and optimize maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance programs using RCM, FMEA/RCM
• Review PM history to re-engineer PM strategies for effectiveness and efficiency
