Job summary

KBR is seeking a Specialist Engineer (RAM) to lead RAM analyses for ADNOC assets in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on reliability data interpretation, RAM performance metrics, and development of preventive maintenance programs aligned with ADNOC Offshore policies and safety standards.

Applicants should have extensive RAM experience, RCAs, FMEA/RCMs, and offshore exposure. Bachelors or Masters in a relevant engineering field and professional certifications are required.

Qualifications

• RAM analysis across plant systems and equipment.
• Lead and perform RAM analyses and assess asset performance.
• Facilitate RCAs and implement FMEA/RCMs.
• Develop maintenance strategies and PM optimization.

Responsibilities

• Interpret asset performance data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with ADNOC Offshore policies and safety requirements.
• Review PM history and optimize PM strategies.
• Support RAM program development for ADNOC assets.
