Job summary

RINA is recruiting a Railway System Integration Manager for its Abu Dhabi office within the Electronics and System Engineering Division. The role focuses on designing, integrating, and optimizing railway systems across rolling stock, signaling, infrastructure, power supply, and communications.

The successful candidate will lead the System Engineering team, collaborate with other experts, and ensure successful integration of systems for the project scope, following V-Model or Agile methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic/TLC Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in integration/system engineering for railway systems.
• Experience with signaling interfaces and interlocking.
• Knowledge of ETCS/ERTMS, NFPA and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage railway system scenarios, requirements, architecture, and interfaces.
• Coordinate verification and validation of interfaces throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure interoperability between subsystems (rolling stock, signaling, tracks, power).
• Lead system integration activities and align with stakeholders.
